Tour begins with the pickup at the locations of your accommodation in Reykjavik at 19:30.Then we will drive to one of our secret locations for the Northern Light Hunt. While waiting for the lights to appear we will have homemade hot chocolate to warm up and some local pastries.
The location for Northern lights view can be changed according to the weather forecast.
Maximum time spent on this tour is 4 hours, however time can vary depending on weather conditions.

The Northern Lights are not something that we control (unfortunately:) ), it is fully up to the nature!
We always carefully check forecasts before we head out. We always hope that visitors will have full experience seeing the lights, but can't guarantee it.
We have retry policy, meaning, if the lights were not visible during the tour we will reshedule it for the next available day with no extra charge.

Our driver-guide will pick you up from the place of your stay in Reykjavik, after the tour driver-guide will drop you at the same spot.
Pick up for the tour starts half an hour before the tour, meaning at 19:30, please be outside the place of your acommondation not later than 19:30.
If pick up time will change driver-guide will contact you!

This tour runs only depending on the weather conditions and aurora forecast for the day.
We reserve the right to cancel the tour as late as 19:00 due to weather conditions. We always email customers updates regarding the tour.
If you will miss the Northern Lights, you can come again for free while you are staying in Iceland. If you can not make it, you can come back any time you want within three years. (email us [email protected]).

We do not offer any refunds for the tours where sighting was not possible. However you can keep your "retry" grant for the next time you are in Iceland. (You can use your retry grant up to three years after your tour)
